3/4 mile @ 9mph, 1/4 mile @ 11mph
Active Stretching

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
115/95 pound Push press, 10 reps (made it 2 rounds as Rx'd, then dropped to 95lbs)
10 KB Swings, 1.5 pood
10 Box jumps, 24 inch box
Total Rounds Completed: 9
