(the belt on the treadmill was slipping. I had it set at 10mph but I doubt I was going more than 6 when I finally gave up.)

Power Push-up Routine:

10 x plyo push-up w/ 25lb weight vest

2 sets of:
10 x plyo clap push-ups (hands and feet clap)

It made me feel better when you told me your core was dead too. Doing it with a 12lbs med ball was a huge error for my first time. It is a great workout especially as part of larger workouts as you can finish it fairly quickly.
