Warm-up:

Active Stretching


Clean and Press:

With a continuously running clock do one 85 pound Clean and Press the first minute, two 85 pound Clean and Presses the second minute, three 85 pound Clean and Presses the third minute... continuing as long as you are able. Use as many sets each minute as needed.
Total minutes completed: 10:00


Tabata Treadmill
:20 work, :10 rest @ 10mph, 7% incline

this workout sounds intriguing since i've never done anything like it. how did it feel the first few minutes? would there be a noticeable difference if you started at around 3 reps the first minute?

The first few minutes are pretty easy, but the difficulty increases pretty quickly. At some point, you simply don't have time to make it through the number of reps and while that's partially just fatigue, it's more the time constraint.

Basically, what I'm saying is that I would probably still max out at 10 whether or not I started at 1 and given that, I'd think starting at 3 would be easier since I'd be doing 3 fewer reps.
