Iron Gym Circuit:
6 sets of:
5 x Pull-ups (sets 1,4,7,10 regular, 2,5,8 hybrid, and 3,6,9 chin-ups)
10 x Push-ups
10 x Dips
10 x Swiss Ball Sit-ups


Just a little something before bed while JR was eating dinner.
