So... when you do pullups, how far down do you go? To a dead stop? To your head below the bar? just curious.

20 Squats holding 12 lb medball at chest like a soccer goalie after scooping it up in traffic.
20 Lunges
20 Step Ups
10 Jump Squats
8 Pushups w/ 12lb medball on back
8 clap pushups
8 regular pushups

For workouts like this, I generally do kipping pull-ups. I admit, I could never do 100 straight pull-ups, nor does crossfit expect you to.
