Bar Complex & Suicides

Warm-up:
Running, 1 mile @ 8.5mph
The remainder of today's burpees (29)
Bar Complex:
3 rounds of:
5 x Deadlifts, 95lbs
5 x Hang Cleans, 95lbs
5 x Push Press, 95lbs
5 x Split Snatch, 95lbs

The goal is to work on form throughout, breaking the snatch into parts and then performing the full motion. Despite the barbell involved, this is definitely more of a cardio workout than a weight workout.
