For my own reference:
Didn't take a rest until 25 reps into the K2Es. Then made it through the push press and needed rests in every exercise thereafter. Wall Balls, Burpees and K Jumps is a nasty finish. It took me just about 10 minutes for the first 7 exercises, then 8:30 for the last 3.

Wow. I'm really impressed. It takes me twice as long to finish this. I have several questions. In jumping pull-ups, when you're standing with your arms up, where is the bar? How heavy is the medicine ball for your wall balls? Do your burpees include a push-up?

It takes me ~5 min just to finish the K2E's, that just completely wears out my arms.

Hmm, let's see ...

re: Jump Pull-ups:
The bar is about 15" above my head. I actually use the support beam for the smith machine in our gym since we only have a pull-up/dip weight-assist combo machine that makes any sort of exercise during which you might swing at all a dangerous undertaking.

re: Wall Balls:
I'm not exactly sure, but I'm gonna guess around 18 lbs.

re: Burpees:
I did not do a push-up. I'll have to look into that since that would definitely up the filthiness.

re: K2E's:
I know what you mean. My grip is always the first thing to go on these bastards. I think I did 25, 15 and 10 reps to get through.

The biggest thing is that I only allow myself 10 seconds rest during an exercise (I take longer rests bet. exercises). Even if I can only get 5 reps out afterwards, like during the Burpees, I stay strict to the 10 second rule.
