Tabata Cardio Circuit and some Core

Warm-up:
5:00 Elliptical
Active Stretching

Tabata Circuit:
Elliptical Machine @ Level 10
1:00 slow strides

Exercise Bike @ Level 8
1:00 slow pedaling

Treadmill @ 10mph, 7% incline
1:30 @ 3 mph

Rowing Machine @ Level 10
3:00 @ 3 mph (on treadmill)

Core:
7 Steps Abs:
7 x 30 Crunches, various positions
30 x Back Extensions

how long did you do each of these? and are the italics the warm-downs? and how many times did you do all of them?

For pretty much anything in this workout log, a 'Tabata' is the standard cycle of 8 sets of 20 seconds work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 4 minutes. And yes, the italics were warm-downs/additional rest periods.
