Bench Press:NB - We don't have a bench with a rack in our gym, so each round of bench presses involved a deadlift, positioning yourself over the bench, a clean, then sitting down and lying back into bench press position. Anyway, that, plus the fact that I haven't truly benched anything since the 90s, is my excuse for the non-body-weight bench presses.
