6:00 Jumping Rope
Active Stretching
CFWoD for 1/16/10:
"With a continuously running clock, squat for 60 seconds. Subtract the number of squats completed from 60, and do that many pull-ups in minute two. In minute three, squat again, subtracting the number completed from 60. Do that number of push-ups in minute four. Minute five is squatting again, and minute six pull-ups.
The pattern is squats, pull-ups, squats, push-ups, squats, pull-ups, etc. The goal is to stay within the workout's formula for as long as possible. Don't do more than 60 squats in any round. In any case, stay moving for at least 12 minutes."

dear god!
this workout looked really intriguing the way i imagine a huge rollercoaster looks to a 6-year old boy... only it wasn't nearly as exhilarating... and i can't quite walk properly today... but i did almost poop my pants/throw up.
and like any other little boy, i can't wait to get back in line and go again.
Yeah, bet. the squats and Wed's burpees, my legs are still quite sore. Yesterday was brutal. I died a little inside every time I saw a staircase.
This was awesome, always found squats too boring to do often so this intensity was nice.
If I owe 17 pushups and I do them quickly do I get to rest until the is up or do squats start again? [I rested, but felt guilty]
Yeah, you're supposed to rest if you have extra time. You done good!
