HI..I have this flabby arm problem..I was pretty big couple of years back and when I lost weight, my arms are really flabby. Do you know of any exercise that can tone up my triceps?

Push-ups and Dips are great for triceps. On the push-ups, the closer you put your hands together, the more you will isolate your triceps. I'm also a huge fan of pull-ups. They will definitely tone your arms and shoulders. Jumping into the pull-ups (jump pull-ups) is a great variation to get a little cardio in at the same time.
