Suicides

The last thing I wanted to do after a day of moving was run, but I got a teammates to train for so...

Warm-up:

Active Stretching

10 x 125 yd Suicides (0-10-0-15-0-25-0-25), 1:30 rest
:26, :25, :25, :25, :25, :24, :25, :25, :25, :24

After the suicides, Mary Ellen and I threw around for 30 minutes or so until it got too dark to see.
