I had a little extra energy last night so I did a little more than my normal push-ups/crunches before bed:
50 x Pike Push-ups, feet on bed
20 x V-Ups
25 x TOs
35 x Superman Back Extensions
50 x Push-ups
2:00 Squats (as timed by my Oral B toothbrush)
100 x Crunches
