Warm-up:

Active Stretching

"Cindy"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 x Pull-ups
10 x Push-ups
15 x Squats
Total Rounds Completed: 21 (w/ 8 seconds to spare)

5:00 Exercise Bike (40 Calories)
