J, don't take this the wrong way, but I'm genuinely curious...
Why are you still working out so hard right now? I don't usually leave the couch for a solid month after the season, except for the occasional goaltimate/basketball pickup. And these are hard workouts you're doing.
I hope the answer is "to prepare to dominate the field at Vegas."
Not sure... I guess I finally got into a consistent routine and don't want to give it up. I've found that I actually like working out lately and I'm close to being in the kind of great shape that I've always wanted to be in so it seemed a shame to stop just 'cause my season's over.
BTW, want to play with us at PADA Mosh? It'd be a nice cool-down after Natties and it would help get that chemistry we'll need for Vegas.

Fair enough...I'm impressed that you are finding the motivation. And I've always thought you were in pretty great shape J.
I will actually be in Philly the weekend of PADA Mosh, but visitng the family. Who know though, I may want to show up Sunday like I did last year.
Go easy the week leading up to Mosh, I plan to run you out there often!
Unless you want to call subs?
Dho reports being in excellent shape and ready to run.
