how far do you usually get in the tabata sprints?

Honestly, I'm not really sure since I run them on the warning track of a local baseball field. As a rough guess I'd say between 125-150 yards. I focus on staying up on my toes the entire time and on really pumping my arms; basically on maintaining proper sprinting form in general.
