I don't know if it counts as working out, but I spent a good chunk of the weekend doing it so I'm putting it in here. Over the course of the weekend, Mary Ellen and I did some serious work on the house including:
painting
4+ hours of sanding the floor
1+ hours cleaning the floor
2+ hours polyurethaning the floor
spreading mulch
sweeping the driveway and the walkways
stacking wood
hauling trash
haggling with home depot
BBQing
