Warm-up:
5:25 run to ball field
Quick stretch

Tabata Sprints:
10 x :20 sprint, :10 rest
full rest (walked the perimeter of the ball field)

40/40s:
10 x jog 40 yards, sprint 40 yards

Cool-down:
2:00 walk
4:25 run home
