Recovery Circuit

I put this together with the aim of building cardiovascular endurance and improving my ability to recover while still doing work.

Warm-up:
5:00 @ 8.5 mph
Active Stretching

Recovery Circuit:
2 rounds of:
1/4 mile run (1:30 @ 10mph)
10 x pull-ups
1/4 mile run
25 x prisoner squats
1/4 mile run
10 x dips
1/4 mile run
10/leg lunges
