Just swung by to see if you were still at it and low and behold you are. Nice, man. We will have to talk shop whenever we join forces again.

Sadly, I have basically taken the entire winter off to let the shoulder/body/life recover from this past summer but I am gearing up now for '10. Even bought a fancy set of Under Armour to go do some cold weather running.

Nothing wrong with taking some time off. Sometimes you just need to recharge and re-heal.

I've been working out pretty regularly, but haven't been doing much ultimate-wise. I'm starting to get the itch though. Trouble in Vegas is coming up for me and I can't wait.

PS - Happy New Year!
PPS - '10? Damn, did I miss a year already?

Haha, yea I think I skipped a year in there somewhere. Unless I am foreshadowing an Ultimate players strike so we can hold out for bigger contracts.

Happy new year and give'm hell in Vegas.

Oh, side note, I'll probably be doing the whole blog thing this year. Tried doing it last year but got too busy. The goal is to get up to a lean 190lbs by the end of the college season and then do nothing but maintenance and a crap load of running.

how fast were you running on your tabata sprints?
